You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We sell branded confectionery from third-party manufacturers. Product photos are for illustration; packaging, recipes and ingredients may vary by country and batch. Always read the label on the product you receive, especially if you have allergies.

Prices are shown including applicable taxes. At checkout you may choose EUR, USD, GBP or PLN; amounts are converted at our fixed store rates and the order is recorded in the chosen currency. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us — we will contact you before processing such an order.

Clicking "Place Order" is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if items are unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if delivery to your address is not possible; any payment will then be refunded in full.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due to the courier on arrival. Refused Cash on Delivery parcels may result in future orders requiring prepayment.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered. Please check your parcel on arrival and report damage within 48 hours. See Shipping & Delivery.

Your rights to cancel and to receive refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Food products that are perishable or whose seal has been broken may be excluded from withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons.

Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. The Fini name, design and texts belong to us. Some product photos are provided by Open Food Facts contributors under the CC BY-SA licence.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Fini Golosinas España SL is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve complaints informally first — write to [email protected].
