Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day.
Standard shipping is a flat fee, and Express shipping costs a little more. Standard shipping is free on orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart.

Yes. We only stock original products from established confectionery brands such as Lindt, HARIBO, OREO, Ferrero and Kinder, sourced through official distribution channels.
Keep sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at 14–18 °C. In warm weather we pack chocolate orders with insulation so they arrive in perfect condition.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
